Our Chapter is pleased to join with national AARP to promote driver safety among older Americans. These classes arm drivers with the skills and knowledge they need to continue to be safe drivers. Individuals who complete classes qualify for a discount on the liability portion of their auto insurance. Classes include both a Standard Class for those who are enrolling for the first time and a Refresher Class for those who have previously completed the Standard Class.
You must take the Refresher Class every three years to continue to receive a discount on your auto liability insurance. Delaware mandates that you cannot take the Refresher Class earlier than 90 days before the expiration of your current safe driving certificate.
Online and Classroom Courses
The course can be taken online or in a classroom.
